New student self-service system

Later this year we will be launching a new student self-service system that will allow you to:

  • apply and enrol in courses
  • upload documents needed for admission by managing tasks allocated to you
  • view your previous applications and enquiries
  • access to your current study plan, timetables and assessment results
  • pay your fees and apply for a student loan
  • view and download your statement of account and payments
  • update your address and contact details
  • be notified of posting of results.

To access the system once it is launched, you will be able to log in to a student self-service portal through the TAFE Queensland website. This portal will be your one stop shop for easy access to all the information you need about your study with us.


New student number

To get ready for the new student system, we will create a new student number for all current students.

From early August, you will need to use this new nine digit student number to access other TAFE Queensland systems and services, like:

  • TAFE computers/the network
  • Connect
  • library services
  • printing services
  • on campus WiFi

We will be in contact with all current students through email to provide you with your new number.
